3330 Peachtree is coming down.
The five-story building that once housed the Atlanta campus of American Intercontinental University has been left looking a bit out of place for the last few years as much taller, more modern buildings were erected around it.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported in April that the site will be redeveloped as a mixed-used project, which will be built in two phases.
